The hotel had a central position adjacent to good restaurants, all the restaurants and an alley and brick wall. Again, Ripley's Haunted Adventure was nearby.

The vibe here was special! My room was cheap and nice with great views, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The staff was wonderful and kind all the time. This hotel was located in a central area just off the shops, all attractions and shops, and restaraunts.

The rooms were reasonably spacious and cheap and had a good bathroom. Truly enjoyed that we had climate control and it's own balcony. The location was marvellous, in downtown Gatlinburg! Nice and very pleasant staff, they helped us a lot.
The staff - some of them were not very friendly.

Great value for money! Convenient location and friendly staff. Jennifer at the front desk and the office manager went above and beyond to accommodate my special needs. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a large dresser and closet. The pool was clean and towels were readily available. the service and amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again in the future!
